Ms. Serufe Motloung (CEO)
Serufe obtained Diploma in Project Management form the University of Pretoria and a certificate in Contract Management
She has accumulated in excess 12 years working experience in various roles ranging from administration, project management, financial management, procurement, and event management.
Her drive, passion and innovative mind for business development are what make her successful in the difference projects that she undertakes. Her studies have equipped her with analytical skills and the discipline needed to follow through any project she starts.
Ms. Busi Kubheka (Executive Director)
Ms. Kubheka joined Turner and Townsend in February 2006 as a Business
Analyst in the Management Solutions unit. Her project experience includes
the project management for the SA Post Office country wide survey of
facility requirements for upgrading of health and safety infrastructure
and PPP bid management.
Busi was responsible for the assessment and facilities management for
KHULA Enterprise Finance in re-establishing an outsourced Asset, Facilities
and Property Management solutions.
Her current project experience involves the project management of the
technical advisory stream for the KZN Provincial Treasury Legislature
and Precinct Complex Project for a new building of the KZN Legislature
on PPP grounds and identifying and placing together different nodes
for the Precinct in Pietermaritzburg.
Prior to joining Turner and Townsend, she worked for a year at Eskom
Holdings as a Project Officer in the Nepad Unit on the Westcor Project,
a $5 Billion (USA) hydro-power project involving the power utilities
in DR Congo, Angola, Botswana, Namibia and South Africa, with the Project
Manager.
